A little rain can still make a beautiful picnic.

Weather

Trips normally go ahead in light or moderate weather. Floating Picnic makes the final decision based on safety and conditions.

If the Bureau of Meteorology forecast for your session shows a 50% medium chance of at least 3 mm of rain, you may move your booking at no extra cost.

Eligible weather changes are reschedules rather than refunds. Choose an available date within two years of your original booking. If you choose to cancel instead, the standard cancellation terms below apply.

Cancellation & refunds

• 60 days or more before your booking: full refund.
• 30–59 days before: a 50% cancellation fee.
• 14–29 days before: a 75% cancellation fee.
• Less than 14 days before: no refund.

Rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before the booking are subject to availability. For natural disasters, our existing policy provides a credit rather than a refund.

These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
