Journey Overview
Depart from New Farm Park River Hub → Pause near Story Bridge (20 mins) → Return to New Farm.
Optional cocktail orders available during the scenic stop.

New Farm River Hub (at the boat pontoon in front of the Brisbane Powerhouse)
Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait near the pontoon gate.
There is no ticket booth, and your captain will meet you directly at the pontoon.

Maximum 6 people per boat, including children. Kids under 2 are free, but still count toward the total.
Cancellation & Refund
• Full refund: 60+ days before
• 50% fee: 30–59 days before
• 75% fee: 14–29 days before
• No refund: Within 14 days
• Rescheduling is possible if requested 14+ days in advance (subject to availability)
• No refunds for natural disasters, but credit will be given
Weather
• Light or Moderate Weather: The tour will proceed as planned.
• Severe weather: If the BOM forecast shows a 50% medium chance of at least 3mm of rain during your session time, you may reschedule at no additional cost.
• Reschedule Only: Refunds are not available for weather-related cancellations. Guests may reschedule to any available date within 2 years from the original booking.
• Final decision: Floating Picnic will make the final decision on whether a tour proceeds or is rescheduled based on safety and weather conditions.
• Customer Cancellations: If a customer chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Alcohol

• Irresponsible behaviour may result in tour ending without refund
