Except in cases of natural disasters, refunds are not available. Instead, a credit for rescheduling will be provided

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations Made More than 60 Days Prior to the Booking Date:
  A full refund will be provided.

• Cancellations Made Within 60 Days of the Booking Date:
  A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of the Booking Date:
  A 75% cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Booking Date:
  A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

• Rescheduling:
  Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days prior to the booking date will be accommodated, subject to availability.
