1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations Made More than 60 Days Prior to the Booking Date:
A full refund will be provided. -
Cancellations Made Within 60 Days of the Booking Date:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply. -
Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of the Booking Date:
A 75% cancellation fee will apply. -
Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Booking Date:
A 100% cancellation fee will apply. -
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days prior to the booking date will be accommodated, subject to availability.
2. Weather Policy:
- Floating Picnic experiences will proceed as scheduled in light or moderate weather conditions. Severe weather may lead to rescheduling at no additional cost.
- All weather-related rescheduling decisions are determined by Floating Picnic management to ensure guest safety.
- If a customer wishes to cancel due to weather concerns, the standard cancellation policy* applies.
3. Alcohol Policy:
- Guests are not allowed to bring additional alcoholic beverages onboard. Floating Picnic offers a selection of alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
- Alcohol consumption should be responsible; the crew reserves the right to end the experience without refund if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
4. Conduct and Safety:
- All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the experience.
- The crew has the right to terminate the experience if guest behaviour is deemed unsafe.
5. Liability:
- Floating Picnic is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the experience.
- Guests participate at their own risk, and Floating Picnic shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents due to guest negligence.
6. Dietary Requirements:
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours before your booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, certain items may contain allergens.
7. Decorations and Setup:
- Any specific decor or setup included in the package cannot be altered or removed by guests during the experience.
- Requests for personalised decorations or special setups should be made at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
8. Damage to Property:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest responsible for the damage.
