Depart from New Farm Park River Hub → Pause near Story Bridge (15 mins) → Return to New Farm.
Optional cocktail orders available during the scenic stop.

Cancellation & Refund
• Full refund: 60+ days before
• 50% fee: 30–59 days before
• 75% fee: 14–29 days before
• No refund: Within 14 days
• Rescheduling is possible if requested 14+ days in advance (subject to availability)
• No refunds for natural disasters, but credit will be given

• Light/moderate weather: Tour goes ahead
• Severe weather: Reschedule at no cost
• Final decision made by Floating Picnic for safety
• Customer cancellations due to weather follow standard policy
