[Terms and Conditions]
1. Booking and Payment:
- Full payment is required to secure your booking for any Floating Picnic experience.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability. - Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be provided for no-shows.
2. Weather Policy:
- Floating Picnic experiences will proceed as scheduled in light or moderate weather conditions. Severe weather may lead to rescheduling at no additional cost or a full refund.
- All weather-related cancellations or rescheduling decisions are determined by Floating Picnic management to ensure guest safety.
3. Alcohol Policy:
- Guests are not allowed to bring additional alcoholic beverages onboard. Floating Picnic offers a selection of alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
- Alcohol consumption should be responsible; the crew reserves the right to end the experience without refund if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
4. Conduct and Safety:
- All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the experience.
- The crew has the right to terminate the experience if guest behaviour is deemed unsafe.
5. Liability:
- Floating Picnic is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the experience.
- Guests participate at their own risk, and Floating Picnic shall not be held liable for any injuries or accidents due to guest negligence.
6. Dietary Requirements:
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours before your booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate requests, certain items may contain allergens.
7. Decorations and Setup:
- Any specific decor or setup included in the package cannot be altered or removed by guests during the experience.
- Requests for personalised decorations or special setups should be made at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
8. Damage to Property:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest responsible for the damage.
